NEW AND FORMER STUDENTS

It’s that time of year again…time to register for classes at Empire Center of Dance.

Please register early through the mail. Classes will begin Wednesday, September 9th.

Complete the registration and waiver form, located on your brochure and return it at your

earliest convenience, to assure your child has placement in dance class.

On the enclosed schedule, we have checked marked your class times based on last

year’s classes. Please list all classes, day, & times you are registering for on the registration

form, and mail back with the registration fee. If you have any questions or changes regarding

charlinetopor@gmail.com. Any classes with less than 4 students will be cancelled.
